This is one of my all-time favorite and most-used sewing projects – I travelled all around South East Asia in this dress, it’s great – light, airy, and non-crinkly! Great for stuffing into a backpack…
I used a pattern which I have already used, and will no doubt use again, Simplicity 3503. Highly recommended!
A beautiful jersey I got from Clegs in Melbourne, about 1.5m - a little on the expensive side (approx $22pm?), but I've made the most of it!

OK, I probably wouldn’t pick the fabric for myself (I tend to go into either one color or at least not very busy prints – just my taste), but it does suit you very well. And as for the dress itself – gorgeous, as I’ve come to expect from you already! ;-)
