My variation of the Talea coat. I left out the pockets and other details but instead added a hood and a super cosy fake fur lining. I also had to make some changes at the shoulder because the coat was far to wide for me. The hardest part of this project was the fake fur lining as I made it without using a pattern. I did’t want to use the pattern pieces from the coat since the fur is a very thick material and I didn’t want as many seams inside the coat. The lining doesn’t fit perfectly but it’s ok for me. Anyhow, it’s a very warm and nice coat and I like it a lot! I’m thinking of doing another one in some lighter fabric for summer use.
