Made from denim and followed the pattern pretty faithfully, except to take it in around the waist as I’m not the same size across the waist and hips and I lengthened it by about 5cm.
Decided to add a bit of detail to it in the form of thread sketching – from this great tutorial from clutterpunk: http://clutterpunk.blogspot.com/2009/10/thread-sketching-on-fabric-techniques.html
Had some trouble with the waistband, but mainly just trying to interpret the instructions and the tiny pictures. Have included photos of what is really just a typical bias tape type waistband.
