I found a pair of $10 hi-tops in a shoe shop and they were in a bargain bin. I decided they need more colour! So equppied with my sharpies I redesigned my shoes. The design is really simple, just scribbled stripes in different colours and they are really fun. :)
If you decide to also recreate some shoes i highly recommend sharpies, so far the colour has not faded and I coloured them in a few months ago and I wear them all the time…
I had not thought of putting my shoes on burda until now because I found an article in the burda magazing for March 2011 which offer other ideas for designing your shoes (photo shown).
