Clutch I made out of synthetic leather (‘pleather’ I have been told). I first took two rectangle and cut thin strips out of them without completely cutting through to the ends and then weaved the two panels into each other, ending up with a rectangle of weaved pleather (does that make sense). I turned that into a clutch using a chunky zipper and I lined the bag with a shiny black fabric I still had lying in my fabric stash. There is an additional pocket with zipper on the inside. Easy peasy…
I posted a tutorial on how to make this clutch at: http://iloapp.susannedenboer.com/blog/susiesews?Home&post=1

Yes, when I have time, I will try to make a tutorial (first have to go to a conference in England and then another work-related trip to the Netherlands). But is is really not that difficult to make, just takes some time…. Thanks for the lovely comments!
