That’s a dress a made earlier this year, based on this (free!) pattern: http://m-sewing.com/patterns-catalog/women/dresses/dress-with-straps.html

I made it for “La Nuit des Fignos”, a gala evening organized by my boyfriend’s school in Bordeaux.

I used a dark red fabric with flowers embroidered I found at a market in Bordeaux. I think I bought it for 2 euros/meter, which is really cheap for such a beautiful fabric.

I’m sorry for the poor quality of the pictures. I should have used my boyfriend’s mobile phone instead of mine :)
