i like to make peplum top…i know its a little bet longer for a pelum top…its more like a little dress than a peplum top but i like it…lucky i purchased ths top pattern(02/2011 Dress with gathered rectangle skirt and cap sleeves #101 )i did many alterations because i’m size S/XS and i did circle skirt…hope u like it….thnkss:=3
