Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is the second skirt that I made using my very own homemade pattern. It is a straight skirt with an elastic waist. The main adjustment that I made for this skirt was to iclude side slits. I love the design and the fabric because it drapes well and flows nicely with each step.
Material Notes
Pattern, fabric, thread and 1 1/4 wide no-roll elasic. I think the fabric is one of the heavier silky silks. A very nice smooth and cool fabric.
