Description

This is another dress made a long long time ago. This one I think (not 100% sure!) my mum made for me – so if she ever decides to become a burdastyle member I will pass this project on to her. The dress was quite tricky to make – especially the double layer collar. It has sewn in pleats the full length of the dress, side pockets, concealed buttons down the front, a belt with concealed fastenings and that interesting collar. It’s made up in a linen blend. I wish I could still fit in this dress but I can’t!

Material Notes

Linen blend.

You are quite right! But then I would have to complain I was too thin for my recent clothes ha ! I think I will aim for the halfway mark (between my now and then sizes) but it’s going to have to be a long-term project.
