Description

Made this at the weekend and I’m really pleased with it. Used the same Project runway pattern as my ‘credit crunch’ dress. ( Simplicity Project runway number 2922)

Great patterm as it has several different necklines. The pattern is really easy to follow. There are a few changes I’d make for the next time I use this pattern…..a shorter zip, think one is a bit long i think . And the gathers at the back I might change to a dart, it might lie better.

I’m going to make this dress for Christmas parties, in a gorgeous purple fabric I’ve already bought! So this top was a kind of a test run.

Made from light weight cotton print, found in bargain bin…approx £3.00.
