My new favourite jacket

Added Jul 22, 2011

by elval

Brisbane, Australia

Inspired by the Hikaru jacket. I have changed a few things, but basically kept the same military look. I have inside pockets to add to that military feel. Would have liked to have used a heavier material, like wool, but the lining was heavier than I intended, so it has ended up being very warm.

Material Notes

Garbadine with polyester lining

I really like this coat. I too have admired (downloaded) the Hikaru pattern. It commands attention in all the right ways :) The feminine lining is a nice touch too
