After making my daughters dresses as well as the groom’s son suit, I finally got to make my dress for my brothers wedding! I used they Maryy pattern – easy and fitted just lovely. After looking through all the photos I couldn’t find one that had a full length shot of me wearing the dress groan! Got loads of comments on how nice the dress looked (Yay!)! The photos appear a little fuzzy – I think my son ‘swiped’ the camera and put his little fingers all over the lens.

my… i have that exactly the same fabric :) haven’t done anything with it yet but it is definitely on my NEXT-TO-DO list. this Maryy is excellent and did justice to the pattern on the fabric.

I actually bought this fabric twice! I could only get a metre in the first shop ….. next shop 3 metres!! I ended up making a top with the first metre (nothing goes to waste!!)
