after making the coat talea, this pants were very easy and quick to sew ;).
i was long searching for the right fabric. and when i bought the fabric for my coat i found a rest fabric for half the price. it´s more a lighter material (not so good for the cold time now) but i had to pick them! – it was made for this pants :)
i made a lower waistband cause for me it´s comfier to wear.

They fit you so perfectly and you seem to have an eye for getting the right fabric for the right patterns. I might just have to try them now!

I’m interested in making Janina and glad to see that you lowered the waistband. It seems I’m always lowering waistbands with mixed results and at my own risk =)

thanks for your nice comments!
@kihli: for the waistband i cut a 7cm wide stripe (for lenght size the upper pants, for me i cut 1 m)>seam allowences included. stich the stripes on the upper pants, right sides facing. then turn the waistband over the seam allowence fom the upper pants and smash. press and stich.

Great pants, and they fit perfectly! How much did you lower the waistband, and how did you do that? I’m asking because I tried the same with another pattern one year ago, but had no success at all :-( Perhaps you could make a how to about it one day?
