Last month, I was finally able to really use my vintage knitting machine…
This is the second thing I’ve made with it and this time, I didn’t make things easy for myself by creating my own fair isle design.
I used a pattern from 1957 for the sweater itself but with my design instead of the simple checks ( only the horizontal stripes are knitted in, the vertical ones are supposed to be embroidered on later) from the original.
Take a trip down the aisle in these gorgeous gowns, or change the fabrics for a spring party dress.
