This is my first creation using burdastyle pattern. And it was joy to work with it! well, i didn’t do those little lapels, i also didn’t have clasp for back so i have just sewn a button there;) i made it from same material as that skirt i uploaded before and i like to wear them as a duet. in this foto this duet is with blouse I also made some months ago.
thick linen, buttons, lining.

Wow. This is the first Franzi version I like a lot. This pattern combines very good with the fabric you used for it. I did not want to make this vest for myself, but you motivate me to try this pattern out.

well, it’s a suiting fabric, on witch was written “linen” by producer. But as i said, it’s old, maybe it’s mistake or smth. it’s just simple suiting fabric made without synthetics, so maybe that’s why they call it so:) and thanks everyone a lot!!!

Hehe. I will comment on this one too… I think it is incredibly stylish outfit. I love it. Is it really linen? I never knew it can look like this. I adore this old fabrics that look like men suit fabric.
