i loved this when it was first posted as a dress but couldn’t have it printed anywhere. So very pleased when this variation came along.
I found some of the assembly a bit tricky, the front panel baffled me for while.Although not perfect I am very satisfied with how it turned out.
The next one i make i will shorten/lower the chiffon pieces above the bust as i think it looks slightly matronly

Learn how to alter a basic bodice into a "leaf" pleated bodice

Your version seems to fit better than the one pictured on the model, especially with respect to the sleeves. Did you alter them to fit more like a standard sleeve? The ones pictured on the model seem too small/snug and I assumed that the top was designed that way. Any suggestions on making the sleeves fit more like yours? Overall, this is lovely on you! It should be fun to play with the chiffon draping. In addition to making it smaller, perhaps it could be detachable. Can’t wait to see more of your creations!

I wasn’t quiet sure about the pattern (the chiffon pieces above the bust) but on you I like it better than on the model. I don’t think it looks matronly at all, but I also can imagine the top with more skin shown fitting you great.
Now that I’ve seen yours I would like to do the evening gown ;)
Thank you for looking so good :)

I like it! I see what you mean about the chiffon pieces, although that would have been PERFECT for the job I had at a bank… I’m kind of busty and everything seems to look low on my bust! Will keep that pattern in mind! Thanks!

I really like your version but I agree about the bustline being matronly. It’s the one thing I don’t like about this pattern – the chiffon on the bodice so I’m leaving it off when I make mine. My girls should be able to handle a lower bodice! I’m going to take your advice VictorS and draft my own piece for the missing tile. I messaged a few weeks ago about the status of fixing the pattern and have had no reply. I’m getting impatient!

I really like your version, I understand what you mean about the alterations that’s the great thing about sewing you can restyle a garment the way you want to make it, be proud as this is a very pretty version of this pattern.

Almost identical to the original, and just as pretty.
