Seeing all the lovely versions of Megan Nielsen’s Darling Ranges dress around the web lately, I came to a realization that this design is just too cute to pass up. This is what I came up with.
I love this fabric! It is possible that I actually squealed a little when I saw it in a fabric store. I do that sometimes.
Neckline is finished with a pink satin bias tape, which I also used for enclosing the raw edges of the seams. I always try to make the insides of the garment as neat and pretty as possible, for me it really makes the difference.
Originally I planned to find some orange or turquoise buttons, but that didn’t happen. I did, however, found these sweet pinkish ones, so I guess they’ll do the job.
Light weight cotton, satin bias tape, buttons.
