Well, despite the busy period I managed to realize another Christmas present: a pair of throusers (my first throusers!!!) for a three years and a half old girl. The pattern is drawn by me, comfortable throusers with wide legs and elastic band in the waist, bottom turn-up and applied baggy pockets.
The fabric is a cotton corduroy (much more easy to manage than the viscose velvet used for the two skirts, here and here) with some parts in tartan flanel to make the throusers more funny.
All the pockets are lined with red viscose lining, so it’s easier to put things inside the pockets avoiding corduroy friction.
On one of the front pockets I applied also a mini tartan pocket, just the size to fit some coins when playing grocery shopping!
Elastic band in the waist and my label inside the throusers.
The throusers have also a tartan pocket on the back and turn-up in the bottom part of the legs, this too lined with tartan flanel.
