Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This was the first skating dress I ever made for competition. I used left over fabric from earlier skating costumes (that were made for me and my sister, but I did not sew at that point), and leftover rhinestones as well. I designed the costume myself and most of the pattern drafting, basing the front and bottom of the leotard on KwikSew 2601, but changing it significantly and also drafting my own skirt pattern.

Blue holographic spandex, red metallic lace, rhinestones (Crystal AB, Siam, Volcano), sequins, sew-on Swarovski jewels
