Burda Style For people who sew

Hi, I’m Tirza and I’m 13 years old. I really love the 50’s and the 60’s, and I was planning to make a vintage dress. And these swingdresses look very nice with a petticoat. But petticoats are very expensive. So I made one myself. In think that there is 10 meters in the petticoat. I used one and a half spool of thread.
The petticoat has 2 layers. I used a soft fabric, a bit like organza. My mom buyed me first 3 meters white organza with silver stars. But I tink that I will use that for a tiny petticoat.
