I already loved this dress when I sewed it for my friend Camelia so I had to have one for myself!
At that time I bought the fabric – a very nice cotton batist with embroidery and butterfly print.
But because I hate iterations, I made a little variation: I put embroidered tapes between the rows and I also made the straps of this tape.
This dress was finished very quickly: in just a weekend – my all-time record until now!
I really enjoyed it, not to work 1-2 weeks for one piece.
I love this dress so much, that it surely will accompany me in the holidays.
It is simply the the perfect leisure time dress and also soooo sweet, exactly my style :-)
And in this case I become a recidivist: I want more of that dress, in more versions:
with one ruffle as a mini, with 2 until the knie and with 3 until the calf – they all look nice!
