Description

I love the way this turned out! I made this garment twice and gave the first one away. The second time I removed the pockets as they slightly gaped open once lined. To achieve a perfect fit I had to slightly alter the pattern to suit my measurements, but it was worth it and made a huge difference.

Material Notes

I used a sateen cotton with a slight stretch which really helped achieve a snug fit, lined with Bemsilk, and interfaced with non woven, iron on, light weight interfacing. Fastenings on both skirts included an invisible zip, and on the first skirt a button, and on the second x3 hook and eyes as I felt they looked a bit sleeker and less chunky.
