Description

I followed Viavt Veritas free scalloped waist skirt tutorial on Grosgrain fabulous. It’s a high waisted circle skirt with an invisible zipper. The tutorial is very easy to follow and I learnt several new techniques to make it. It’s a very versatile design because it looks great with or without tights, boots and flats. I wore it dressed up like this on Christmas day but it’s also very easy to dress down.
