Digging through the BurdaStyle pattern archives I came across this gem. I instantly loved the details from the button front to the pleats in the pockets. These pants are so unique, yet clean and sophisticated. Here is my version made out of a soft summer denim. I made mine 3/4 length for the hot Aussie summer, made ‘pseudocuffs’ to finish the bottoms, and used bar hooks instead of buttons for a cleaner look. Details of construction can be found on my blog http://coutureacademic.wordpress.com/2012/11/04/oh-my-bella/
