Tunic style top with full elbow length sleeves gathered with elastic. Some gathering at centre front and back. I am pleased with the way this top turned out but if I make it again I think I will make the neck a little higher. Very quick and easy to make!
Stretch.

This is very pretty. You picked a great fabric. If the bust is not telling people look at me when you bend over I wouldn’t worry about the neckline. Wearing a necklace that is just below the clavical will pull the eye away from the bust as well…. just an idea….

From my point of view the neck doesn’t look low. But I understand when it’s on you and you look down onto your blouse it might seam low. I think the same thing about my blouses. Your top is very pretty and great fabric!
