Description

I was inspired to create this dress after seeing the details of the September sew-along to make the halter neck dress. I thought that project was really cute, but I wanted to make a few amendments and then found this Vogue pattern (V8184) and fabric in my stash so this is what I ended up using.

I did find the sew-along instructions really useful when it came to putting in the boning as it was my first time doing that.

I’m really proud about how this turned out. My seams line up almost perfectly and I took the time to finish the seams on the inside so it is really neat.

Now I just need the weather to warm up so I can wear it!

      Haha thanks! It was perfect weather on Saturday so I got to wear this. Someone told me I looked like summer!
