This is my take on Burdastyle classic “Coffee Date Dress”. Many thanks to elainemay for sharing this wonderful pattern! It inspired me to start sewing again after many years of neglecting my hobby.
I drafted my own pattern for the skirt. The top based on the original pattern, I made it longer and looser, so no zipper would be necessary. I used black satin trim to make the ruffle to stand out.
