Thanks! It was my second go at a sweetheart neckline…the first one was a bit pokey, I’ll have nailed it by number 6!!!

What a great idea for fabric! I have purchased several Duvets over the years only to give them away when I changed my decor. I’ll not do that again!

Good! A duvet convert!! Try to get ones with the same material on the underside to max the value….kingsize ones are great for full circle skirts cut without a seam.

I don’t usual do it, I mean it was cheap to start with…I guess I was feeling feisty!

I loooove this fabric. Blues and gold, my favorite! I would have thought this pattern would be too formal for me, but your version looks great with the shortened hem.

      Hi,
It is one of those split personality dresses that look one way off and totally different when on a real body!! It is quite a snug fit on me which makes the neckline less than formal!!!! You are right though, I didn’t like it with the longer skirt, it made it frumpy.

Thanks, it was touch and go though in the bargaining, as the store holder was hanging out for 4 euros so I played it cooL and victory was mine!

Yes! New Look 6723. I cut a good chunk off the hemline to make more knee lengthed.
