I made this wall organizer for my mum as a present last year. I also made a Christamassy one in red and white for my boyfriend’s sister but forgot to take pics. I used the burdastyle Tory pattern as the inspiration but didn’t use the actual pattern. I figured that the purchasing, printing, sticking together of paper pieces, cutting out, and transfering to fabric would take more time than just measuring my own pocket sizes straight on the fabric. The project came together easily and makes a nice present.

I’m dreadfull for clutter (especially in my sewing room), but this is a wonderful idea! I’ll definately put this on my sewing to do list with some priority. How much of the main fabric did you use?

I’m happy I could inspire you to make one of your own. Unfortunately I don’t remember how much of the main fabric I used. Perhaps 1 meter, maybe a bit more. I really don’t remember. Sorry.

Your wall organizer is such a good idea and I really like your choice of fabric for it.
