When you have your two scarfs, lay them on top of each other, right sides facing. Now is the time to add tassels or anything else to one end of the scarf. You lay it in between the two fabrics, lining it up as shown. Pin.
Now sew three sides of the scarf, leaving one of the ends open. I did NOT do this in one step. I first did the one end. Then the two lengths of the scarf separately, starting at the end you have sewn shot already. This will keep you from trouble in case you have strechy material like me…
