I decided to be Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn’s character in Breakfast at Tiffany’s) for Halloween this year, and thus had to make my version of THE dress. I used the JJ sloper for the bodice of the dress and then just a simple pencil skirt pattern for the bottom. Pretty straightfoward once I had the shape of the back figured out. I was a little worried that no one would know who I was supposed to be but several people referred to me as Audrey without asking so I am considering it all a success.
