Well as a gift for my mum, I decided to make her a bag she could love. I went to the fabric store and fell in love with this material for her, an off white material with gold and black stripes which i accented with black material.
It has a zipped pocket on one side and opened pockets on the next. On the outside of the bag there is another pocket. I also did a little pouch for her to place her cosmetics.
Mum freaked when I gave her….she totally fell in love with it and started to transfer her stuff from her other bag :)
Scotch Gard (a type of cotton), thread, 16" zip, 10" zip, snaps for outer pocket, Medium Pellon (fusible interfacing)
