Okay, here’s another self-admitted Star Wars nerd project. I got the idea for this randomly, and decided to have at it. I used fabric markers to hand-draw my interpretation of Luke Skywalker’s (or originally Anakin Skywalker’s…) blue lightsaber from Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope and from Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. My little sister has the Luke Skywalker 12" action figure doll from the “Hoth” sequences, and he has a miniature version of this lightsaber, so I used that for visual reference. I drew the black outline first, let it dry, and then colored in the “blade” with blue. I really like how it turned out.
“I see you’ve constructed a new lightsaber… your skills are now complete.”
I cheated by buying a pre-made shirt, but I’d had enough of knit troubles recently, hehe. I just used a Jerzees Gray Heavyweight Blend shirt, Adult size Small. I used a wide chisel tip black fabric maker for the outline, and colored it with a thin tip blue one.

Thanks for the compliment! I was actually thinking of making a couple more in different colors and listing them for sale on eBay or something. =D Let me know if you’re the least bit interested. Love your projects, by the way!
