Description

This is a combination of two projects, due to a shortage of stands ><
The Top was also used for my military project. I found an old soviet russian war symbol off google, and used fabric pen to copy it onto some calico, then freyed the edges :)
I used a pattern from ‘prima’ magazine for the top (its a magazine what my mum gets, im from the UK so i dont really know if you can get it anywhere else). It was the pattern for the ‘tie top’ from last a previous issue.
The top itself cost me approximately under £1.50 to make. I had the calico already, and the stripey material was £1.00 per metre at the Birmingham rag market (I reccomend going there to buy fabric if you live in the UK, its so cheap!) and i think my fabric pen was £1.00 also.
As for the skirt? I’ll be adding better pictures of that soon, as it has a really cool zip on the back what i want to show you! xx

Material Notes

My magic £1 material and some scrappy Calico :D
