I like to mix materials as cardboard with fabric, ribbons with buttons and threads, even wood sticks with whatever I find, it depends on my mood. Here you’ll see some of my survivors projects, most of them are with the person I made it for. Since today I’ll take a picture of the “things” I make. Promise.
Project 1: Card made from tissue paper and glue, lace around the “window”, names hand dry embossed
Project 2: Vellum paper printed and attached to the cardboard w/ a ribbon
Project 3: Same cardboard used in the project above. Tree cut out from a decorative paper (2pieces) and glued back to back, add a shinny star to the top.
Project 4: Bionicle Invitation- 2 ID Size cardboard pieces attached togheter w/eyelet. The front theme could be printed on photo paper for better looking
Project 5: Princess Roll- wood stick w/two small balls in each side. Paper printed, glued and rolled on the stick. The girl’s name could be heat embossed with glitter. Add a ribbon to tie the roll.
Project 6: Baby shower- baby colors papers and cardstock, add tiny buttons and hand embossed drawings (bottles, pacifiers, flowers, birds)
Project 7: Tri-card- three pieces of cardstock. The top one decorated w/ fabric stripes and atached to the other two with ribbons. The middle one has the message printed on vellum paper, and the third one has a beautiful picture. (this card was made for grandma)
