Description

Polka dot high waisted. A mess up on some boy shorts turns into my daughter’s new suit. I clipped a tiny hole in the lining so I couldn’t sell it. I added a polka dot waist for her, and she wanted the bandeau top to go with. I love that she wears retro stuff. :)
