i saw the pterodactyl and lockness costumes on missnessamonster’s etsy page and really got inspired. though her stuff is unbelievably reasonably priced, i only had $20, so i let my husband draw monsters and then tried to replicate what he drew in fleece.
gutterman’s makes clear mono-filament thread that made the second pair of arms move about with the first, but also … hot glue! i didn’t give myself enough time for the spikes to be sewn on, so it’s a bit slapdash.
