Monkey karate chop pajamas

My Home, Oklahom...

I had so much fun making these, partially because of the fabric :) I originally got this fabric for myself but when my daughter was in need of some warm winter pjs I knew it was meant to be. I used a vintage pattern that I found at a thrift store. Unfortunately it only contained patterns pieces for the robe so I had to get a little creative in order to get the look I wanted. I just used another pants pattern I have in my stash and added the strip on the side. The original pattern does not have the ruffles on the sleeve but I thought it would be a really cute addition.
