I discovered a new product, a film that you can feed into your printer then apply to fabric. So I designed this pillow to test the film by printing the faces of children on it. It worked like a dream. Now I can’t wait to apply it to other projects. The color of my pillow is peach which doesn’t show up well here. The back of the pillow is purple corduroy. Click on pillow in credits to see the instructions for using this film product.

Material Notes

cotton, corduroy

Garment Type
Corduroy, Cotton

this looks great, what an adorable idea! Do you know if the pillow could be washed? I did a similar project a couple years ago and have never washed it!

This is the first time I’ve used this product so…. I would spot clean it rather than immersing it in water. or hand wash the fabric around the image just to be safe. Since the printed image is glued to the fabric, I’m sure wiping across it with water wouldn’t damage the image.
