I made this bag as a (hopefully) stylish way to carry books to class on my bike. The bag is really simple- somewhat like a messenger bag- but the strap was meant to make riding easier; it attaches on the top of the bag and along the front side to hold it close to the body and not slide around while riding. It works well for me! :)
