My friend Kathleen wanted to give her sister something special for Christmas this year so she asked me to make her a vintage style apron. Her sister is a great cook and loves vintage earthy colors so we thought this would be a great gift idea.
I’ve made a few of these aprons before from a pattern I drafted a couple years ago. I try to make each apron different. This one has two patch pockets and a loop for hanging a hand towel. That way you always have it with you to wipe your hands while you cook. My favorite part is the pom pom trim though.
