A wrap-looking dress made from Butterick 5206. The tie belt is sewn to the front, crosses in the back and then ties again in the front. I made a few changes— eliminated the zipper because it didn’t need it, took in the sides a bit more and stitched down the wrapped top at the seam binding so that it wouldn’t gap open while I was wearing it. This was almost entirely constructed on my serger, other than the binding, which I had to do partially on my sewing machine.
