Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is a mock up for an art-drape project I had to do for class. We had to pick an object and use it to make something wearable. I chose a lovely stuffed bird form I had a pattern for (found here: http://www.spoolsewing.com/blog/2008/05/16/bird-mobile/) as my object, and decided to make a funky collar. Final product pictures coming soon!

so… I live in China, right? and we don’t have access to “bad” things like BLOGS!!! (hope you can sense my sarcasm) total bummer! I want to find this pattern and make a billion of these birds to have around my apt and give to my soon to be born nephew!!! but i can’t get to the pattern sigh, so I assume you are busy making all kinds of awesome things, BUT if you had time to put the pattern up here somewhere (anywhere non blog) I would… I would do almost anything… send you wierd fabric from small town China… wait, where do you live? maybe that is too much… I’d love to find that pattern… so, yeah, thanks… promise I’m not trying to pressure you into anything, I just love the birds! :)
