Designer pants for me :D
It was not extremely difficult but required many hours of skilled sewing. An added difficulty was that i couldn’t get my machine to fully cooperate with this fabric.
I know now that I should have used a firmer elastic at the waist. And maybe one day soon I’ll open the side seam and replace it.

Before I’ve finished the fabric I thought that you just do a knot to tie up the waistband. But then I realized you pass the waistband ends through the back carriers… (and I was wondering: why I am stitching these now?)
