I made this apron for the Sewing Republic Two Toned Apron contest. I used black vinyl which is so hard to sew with but I think it turned out well and with only minimal cursing :) I had so much fun and had never done a sewing contest before so I went all out and made the dress, hair bow, earrings and arm cuff to match! The apron has tons of pockets to hold all your much needed goodies. There is a pen pocket and three large pockets on the front and a huge hidden pocket on the back! The back is lined with a thick lightly textured black fabric I found at the thrift store and the pockets are all lined with slippery black nylon. I used the three panels like the two toned apron but I used all black and added decorative straps and silver buckles on the middle panel. Instead of the wrap around tie for the waist I attached one of my wide funky style belts with a large silver buckle. I shortened the apron so it’s more of a mini skirt length and curved the bottom edge slightly. I shot the pictures in my shop I put together in an extra room. I had to use my industrial sewing machine to make this due to the thickness and use of vinyl. I would have preferred leather but, alas, it was not in my budget. Hope you all like it, thanks for checking out my work!

Extremely briliant, very goth scene dress up, and whimper inducing, especially since I collect aprons. And your work on this is refreshingly unique. :)
