I felt like this was fairly original in design. My mom had told me that my dad’s plaid blanket that he usually uses had been wasted by my dog (that I dumped on my folks upon moving out). So, I wanted to try to make plaid patchwork. I basically sewed strips of fabric together (16 rows, four colors) and then turned the result 90 degrees, cut into equal parts, and sewed in another few rows. I think the result is nice.
All the fabric is flannel, and the badding is 100% cotton.
