Description

I made this for Halloween.
It is a skirt and a shirt just made with a cotton blend polka dot material.
*These aren’t great pictures I will have to get the good ones from my friends but it turned out really cute I paired it with some black tights and yellow heels!

Material Notes

White fabric and polka dot fabric was used very simple!
