Guestion: how did you finish your seams? Mine is all cut out and I want to start sewing NOW but I’m debating between serging the edges (open) and french seams.

      Hey there,
i just got a really nice pair of pinking shears and i wanted to see how they did with satin. I’ll have to wait a while to see if it frays, but on other seams I used an overcasting stitch which came out nicely. When I make my next pair of bloomers, I’ll know which worked better. Have fun!

Could you point me to where you got the pattern? I’m a making a dance costume and this would be perfect for underneath!
