I made this bag for my mother-in-law Mimy, after she hinted several times that she would like to have a hand-made bag for her birthday.
The bag is basically a pimped tote bag. I added a pocket on the outside that closes with a flap and a wooden buckle. On the inside I’ve added some simple pockets and a zippered pocket. The bag can be closed with a recessed zipper. I hope she’ll like it. I will write a tutorial about how to make this bag and will post it later…
Canvas / wooden buckle / metal eyelets / plastic coated cotton for lining material (I liked the print, otherwise would not have chosen plastic coated fabric, even though it might be nice to clean the bag).
