Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This jacket has been made for my A-Level Textiles coursework, it is a grey military style jacket with a deep fuchsia collar lining. It is a flattering, fitted style which has braiding detail on the shoulders and front panel and light grey military style buttons. It is fully lined with pleating on inside as well as outside, ideal for autumn/winter wear casual/smart with many garments.

absolutely adore it. i’ve tried to design a jacket sort of like this before but it is so far beyond my abilities. some day i’d love to make something along those lines…

this was honestly a lot easier than i expected! i used a Butterick pattern and changed it slightly. have another go :)
